Next, it`s very important to let the wine age in the bottle before opening it. We had the honour to buy the 2014 vintage when we visited the Chateau Crabitey in 2017. Every year a bottle was opened to find the right time to enjoy the wine. 

The 2014 vintage develops its full potential only until 2023! It`s absolutely worth the wait.

So be patient to enjoy this great wine. Wine lover`s feedbacks underline this on different wine review websites. Vintages which were consumed too early received lower ratings. Whereas wine which was allowed to age to perfection got very high ratings.
